Osborne’s High Voltage High Frequency Transformers

Osborne’s high voltage high frequency transformers are used to step-up, and step-down voltages in advanced power systems. Isolation may be used to help provide a degree of secondary-side immunity from voltage spikes and noise (both common-mode and transverse-mode) present on the primary-side system. The isolation can allow separate grounds on both the input and output sides of the transformer. Osborne also designs with a range of electrostatic shielding to provide several levels of noise immunity.

Let’s talk about your project.

Why Osborne Transformer?

Every Osborne transformer is designed for extreme durability. Your design begins with extensive electromagnetic and mechanical modeling, then proceeds through a detailed battery of simulations. These simulations are progressively optimized to arrive at the ideal core, conductor, and other critical components. Your application will engage the expertise of a select network of the world’s finest raw material suppliers. The composite parts of your transformer will be built in strict compliance with Osborne’s exacting standards, and rigorous testing procedures.
